Josh Nease

Executive Director, Mon Forest Towns Partnership

Josh lives and raises his family in the Mon and creatively approaches challenges of all types as he develops the concept and reality that is the Mon Forest Towns Partnership.

Dave Clark

Executive Director, WDG, WCL

Dave has directed Woodlands since 2008, was involved in establishing Woodlands Community Lenders, and taps the maple trees on his property each spring to make small batch maple syrup.

Loan Fund Manager

Recently retired from directing the Randolph County Housing Authority for many years, Karen keeps boredom at bay by contributing her significant expertise to managing Woodlands Community Lenders loan funds and engaging in active outdoor pursuits.
