The Big Picture

Community Planning & Advocacy

Work With Us

We believe that positive change is a collaborative process and that given space and time for discourse and reflection internally-driven decisions produce the best results for communities.

Woodlands frequently acts as a facilitator for community coalitions and planning groups. We strive to bring to the table the resources and tools to help communities make informed decisions about the issues affecting them.

From creative placemaking and strategic planning efforts to building assessments and housing needs studies, we bring together partners, experts, and funders to get plans made, phased, and underway.

Let us know through our contact form if you want to know more about working with Woodlands.

Market Studies

A market study helps guide decisions to take on larger development and/or housing projects.

Building Assessments

We can survey a town for Brownfield, Abandoned, and Dilapidated (BAD) buildings to help assign priority to remediation of dangerous and/or contaminated buildings.

Housing Needs Assessments

We can help conduct a comprehensive analysis of the housing needs, housing market, and projected growth in an area. This is a great starting point for a longer term strategic plan.
