Building Communities

Community Facilities

Work With Us

Housing alone doesn’t make a community thrive and so at Woodlands we look beyond the housing units to help our towns create the spaces that nurture community.

Through parks and greenspaces, trails, community gathering space, and art and cultural opportunities, we work to connect community groups to resources to help their age-old wishes come true and to respond to the developing needs of our ever-evolving communities.

Browse the Impact, Partners, and Stories pages on this site to see examples of who we have worked with and what we have accomplished together. Or fill out the contact form, tagging Community Partners, to get your community working with us.

Maximize Positive Impacts

Everything we do impacts our communities. We strive to maximize the positive impacts that the ripples of our projects create.

Your Community Facility Dream

By helping increase the capacity of your group we can help our communities create and implement their own vision of positive change.

Facilities Take Many Forms

A house is to a HOME as a town is to a COMMUNITY. From gathering spaces and arts programs to shared office spaces and parks and recreation, community facilities are places where you and your neighbors build relationships.
