Recently retired from directing the Randolph County Housing Authority for many years, Karen keeps boredom at bay by contributing her significant expertise to managing Woodlands Community Lenders loan funds and engaging in active outdoor pursuits.

Dave Clark
Executive Director, WDG, WCL
Dave has directed Woodlands since 2008, was involved in establishing Woodlands Community Lenders, and taps the maple trees on his property each spring to make small batch maple syrup.
Sandy Bennett
Project Manager
Sandy puts her considerable expertise and experience to use guiding our building projects through to completion and running a dog rescue.
Dustin Smith
Director of Project Development
Dustin manages housing and downtown development projects and technical assistance.
Katie Wolpert
Communications and Development
Katie wrangles words and images and is the Woodlands representative on the ground in Barbour County.

Christy’s mastery of accounting and attention to detail keep Woodlands in the game and in the black.

Residing in one of Woodlands’ rental units, Adam represents tenants on the Woodlands Development Group board of directors.

Eileen deftly navigates the river of bills, payroll, expenses that flows from our many construction and lending projects.

With boots on the ground in Tucker County, Emily manages development and community projects and spearheads the Mon Forest Towns Business Initiative and most of our other partner projects.
