Supporting Small Businesses & Entrepreneurs

Commercial Real Estate Loans

Our commercial real estate lending focuses on facilitating the development, rehabilitation, or adaptive re-use of commercial and mixed-use properties located in the downtowns and communities of our service area.

We are interested in projects that bring much needed goods and services to our underserved communities and in projects that can help transform vacant and underused properties into community assets. Our commercial real estate loans are available to individuals and businesses located in West Virginia. Talk to us about financing your project or we can work together with a bank to help make conventional funding work for you. Click here to download a .pdf of information about this loan product.

To get started today, fill out our contact form. Tell us a little about your project and an appropriate person will get in touch with you shortly.

Purchase Commercial Buildings

Commercial real estate includes downtown multi-use properties, retail shops, buildings containing multiple rental units, garages and shops used for manufacturing or construction of goods for sale.

Property Repairs or Rehab

These loans can be used to fund repair and rehabilitation work on existing buildings. Things like a new roof, updating windows, electric or HVAC systems, and renovations.

Purchase Commercial Property

We can help purchase property or build structures to start or expand your business. If you struggle to qualify for conventional financing we might be able to loan to you anyhow or help you take the necessary steps to qualify for a commercial loan.

Randolph County Small Business

“Thank-you so very much for all of your help and guidance on getting the property purchase finalized. Couldn’t have done it without you!”

The Billy - testimonial

“With grants from Woodlands, I was able to hire a really talented architect who worked with me to draw up proper building plans for my project. The contractor had a clear map of what I wanted him to build, saving the guess work that leads to costly changes, do overs and bad design.”
