Grace Davis Residences Tour
Our Grace Davis Residences are ~900 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, single story apartments that can be easily converted to be fully handicap accessible if needed. Each unit features a spacious living space connected by a short hallway to the kitchen, laundry room, and 2nd bathroom. Master bedroom has attached bathroom with smaller second bedroom in the back of the unit. Many tenants park and access units from the rear.
Grace Davis Residences consist of 11 units, in 2, 4-unit buildings and 1 3-unit building. Each unit features both a front porch and a rear stoop. Dedicated parking and on-site dumpster are located in the rear along with common greenspace. On-street parking is possible off the front porch.
The units lie directly on the Allegheny Highlands bike trail and are a short walk, ride, or drive to all the downtown amenities and attractions. Units rent for $1,250/month, which includes water, sewer and trash services. If the tenant would like landlord to cover electric as well, rent is $1,350/month.
