Each unit features a spacious living space connected by a short hallway to the kitchen, laundry room, and 2nd bathroom. The units lie directly on the Allegheny Highlands bike trail and are a short walk, ride, or drive to all the downtown amenities and attractions. Units rent for $1,250/month, which includes water, sewer and trash services. If the tenant would like landlord to cover electric as well, rent is $1,350/month.
