Rupert Housing Application & Info
Thank you for your interest in the Rupert School Apartments. Once you have completed filling out the application and additional forms, or if you have questions about filling them out, please call the office to make an appointment to bring the application to the office. If the question does not apply to you, leave it blank. Below is a list of items needed to be turned in with the application so that your application can be reviewed:
- Birth certificates for residents under 21
- Driver’s license or photo I.D. for each adult
- Copies of the last 6-months bank statements
- Copies of paystubs – last 2 months
- Recent award letter from Social Security
If you need more copies of any part of this form, please call the office and I will get them to you.
During your appointment, we will discuss detailed information needed for eligibility of the apartments.
